I got an I9+++ cell phone and it only came with a quickstart guide.I need an user manual.Can any one help me find one?

0 with my sci-phone none of the touch screen buttons work?? how do i fix it?? when i try to slide snd unlock it it doesnt slide at all and when somebody calld it wont let me accept it?? I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE HEP ME!!!!
