new battery only last about 4 hours...

what can i do ? how do you recieve a call when the phone is locked

0 My phone is saying network failure when i wnwt to make call & cant recieve incoming call either since last fiday. I have teste my simcards on other phone and both are receiving and making call very well. What do you think is wrong.
