Sony KV20FV300 is not responding to my RM-VL610 remote control. I have performed ALL documented diagnostics; tests; battery replacements for the remote control device including checking to make sure the remote control light is working by using the camera on my cell phone. How do I test and confirm that the remote control sensor on the TV is actually working? It appears that it is not receiving the light from the remote control device.
