Question About Telular Cell Phone None
doesn't work...

Hello, When I insert a SIM into the device, I get continues red led from the middle led and could not work but when I put this SIM into a normal handset it works normally. I tried to connect through PC and executed some AT commands and I get response but for the commands that related to the device not to SIM or network.
