The difficulty is getting to the menu page that has the Profiles on it so I can silence the "on" greeting and the "goodby" greeting When trying to get to the 2nd page using the cursor button below the black menu button it just toggles between the 4 images (including setting). Very frustrating as I wish to get rid of the phone bell. Silence would be good. Shirley Perry
