I purchased a ZTE tracphone from HSN. I transferred the phone number to the new phone. I cannot get to call the *22890 on my new phone, and my old phone does not work. I get the message that initial programming required. Please advise. Margaret I now have no phone coverage.

0 phone was working fine then today it tells me it needs programed whats going on
