Question About UTStarcom Cell Phone CDM1450
HELP ME UNLOCK...

HELLO I JUST GOT A UTSTARCOM CELL PHONE FROM A THRIFT STORE WHICH ALSO HAS METRO PCS SERVICE. I TOOK IT INTO THE METRO STORE AND THEN SAID IT WAS LOCKED, IS THERE A WAY TO UNLOCK IT SO I CAN USE IT?
