Question About Verizon Cell Phone None
Env2 Caller ID...

When I add a contact and that contact calls I can see the contacts name. This is true with the exception of ONE phone number and I can't figure out why it doesn't show the name when he is calling? Help ~ this is torturing me. I have re-entered the contact and phone number many times to no avail.

0 Did u try making sure that the area code is in with the number entered. If it isn't then it will not appear on the caller id when they call.
