I want to know how to get pictures from my old cel...

I want to know how to get pictures from my old cell phone on to my computer. It is a verizon LG version VX560P02. It is a prepaid phone that I got from WalMart. It only gives the option to send pics to an online album or to someone on the contacts list. I no longer have service on this phone to be able to do that.
