Verizon Samsung Reality cell phone...

Once you access E-mail what is the I.D. info you are asking for? I put in my e-mail address & the response was: wrong access# & I cannot find an instruction manual on line. I would think you would be asking for my e-mail address & password. The small book that comes with the phone is very limited!!! Please help!!!
