Question About Visual Land Carrying Case VL875
V-touch vl-875 froze.....

I have used it no moren than 6 times. When I turned it on to get to my grandkids photos it froze at the welcome screen and says please wait. Also, I have to reset it to turn it off and my computer running Xp Pro wont recognize it. Any help would be a blessing. Thanks, Lou
