3. Windows Live ID
You understand and agree that your Windows Live ID and password (“Credentials”) may
automatically be saved and stored on the Device. Such Credentials will reside in encrypted form in
Device memory and may be used to establish a connection between the KIN Device and Microsoft
services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials, and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur using your Credentials. You agree to immediately notify your
mobile operator of any unauthorized use of your Credentials or any other breach of security.
4. Mobile Operator
You may incur charges related to voice, Internet access and data transfer per the terms of the service
plan(s) and any other agreements you have with your mobile operator related to your Device. Your
mobile operator may have specific terms and conditions, terms of use, and privacy policies. Your
mobile operator customer agreement terms and conditions and certain other identified terms govern
your use of such products and services. The terms and conditions contained in those agreements are
binding between you and your mobile operator.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
In the course of using the KIN Device, you may download to the Device content that is provided by
third parties and/or access services and websites provided by third parties, including third-party
websites accessible through links from the KIN Software. Microsoft is not responsible for the content,
products, materials, or practices (including privacy practices) of any such websites or third parties.
You understand that by using the KIN Device you may be exposed to third-party websites or content
that you find offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Microsoft makes no warranty,
representation, endorsement, or guarantee regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality,
content, nature or reliability of third-party websites (including websites accessible by hyperlink from
the KIN Software) or third party products or services accessible via the KIN Device. Microsoft
provides links to third-party websites for your convenience only and Microsoft does not control such
websites. Microsoft's inclusion of links to third party websites or access to third party products does
not imply any endorsement of the third parties or their products and services. It is your responsibility
to review the privacy policies and terms of use that apply to third-party websites you visit or to third-
party content and services you access or subscribe. In no event will Microsoft be liable to you in
connection with any websites, content, products, services, materials, or practices of a third-party.
