Lock your phone
Want to stop others using your phone? Create a security code, and
set your phone to lock itself automatically when you're not using it.
Select Menu > Settings.
Set the phone to lock the keys and screen
Select Phone > Security keyguard > On.
You need the security code to unlock the phone.
Set a personalised security code
1. SelectSecurity > Access codes > Change security code.
2. Type in the preset security code 12345.
3. Type in a new code. You can only use numbers, and at least 5
numbers are needed.
Keep the security code secret and in a safe place separate from your
phone. If you forget the security code and your phone is locked, your
phone will require service. Additional charges may apply, and all the
personal data in your phone may be deleted.
