1 Make sure that the infrared port of your communicator faces the infrared
port of the other device.
2 Open the Digital camera connectivity application and press Image list.
3 Press Receive to start transferring the selected UPF images from the other
device to your communicator.
To transfer images from the communicator to another device
1 Open the Digital camera connectivity application and press Image list.
2 Select the UPF image(s) you want to transfer.
3 Make sure that the infrared port of your communicator faces the infrared
port of the other device, and press Send.
To rename the selected image, press Rename and write the new name in the
input field. Do not change the extension at the end of the name.
To use the Menu button
When you press the Menu button in the Image list, the following options
become available:
Open — Opens the image. You can then zoom in and out as well as rotate the
image.
Delete — Removes the image.
Convert to JPEG — Converts the selected image(s) from UPF to JPEG format.
Convert to UPF — Converts the selected image(s) from JPEG to UPF format.
Image information — Presents information about the image. You can also
view the information with the Ctrl-i key combination.
Remote synchronisation
To synchronise your calendar data with a PC calendar, use the Remote synchronisation
application. With this application, you connect to the PC via the Internet. Note that
you need an Internet access point, see ”Internet settings” on page 86.
The PC Suite for Nokia 9110 Communicator program must be running on the
PC to which you are connecting.
To synchronise calendar data
1 Press Settings and define the destination host, which is the IP address of
the server PC, and select the Internet access point used.
2 Press Start. A data call is made, and the calendar data is sent from your
communicator to the destination host.
3 When the synchronised calendar data has been sent back to your
communicator, the data call ends.
