When an application using a GPRS or HSCSD connection is sending or receiving data, it may interfere
with the radio.
Extras (Menu 11)
Note: Your phone must be switched on to use the functions in Extras menu. Do not
switch the phone on when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.
Voice recorder
You can record pieces of speech, sound or an active call for three minutes. For example, this is useful
when recording a name and phone number for writing them down later.
Note: Obey all local laws governing recording of calls. Do not use this feature illegally.
Recording
1. Press Menu, select Extras and Voice recorder.
2. To start the recording, select Record. To start the recording during a call, press Options, and select
Record. While recording a call, all parties to the call will hear a faint beep sound approximately
every five seconds.
When recording, hold the phone in the normal position near to your ear.
3. To end the recording, press Stop.
4. Key in a new name for the recording and press OK to save it.
If you do not want to save the recording, press Clear to erase the preset name. Then press Back and
OK.
