Voice Delete
This option allows you to delete a specific voice entry.
N o t e : This option appears only when you have
a l ready re c o r ded some names.
You are asked to confirm the deletion by pressing the
OK soft key.
Paste
This option allows you to paste the phonebook
number into the normal dialling mode. Use this option
to dial a number similar to one in the phonebook
( a d i ff e rent extension in the same office for example).
Use the C key to change the number as required
(refer to page 26 for further details). When you are
ready to dial, press .
Edit
This option allows you to edit a number and name
stored in the phonebook.
Erase
This option allows you to erase a number and name
stored in the phonebook.
You are asked to confirm that you wish to erase the
name and number from the phonebook by pressing
the Yes soft key.
