Note: You can quickly change the ring type from bell
to vibrate (and vice versa) by pressing and holding the
key.
Ring Tone
When you select BELL as your ring type, you can set
ring tone from nine tones and four melodies.
To set ring tone:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Ring.
4. Press for Ring Tone.
5. Press the scroll keys to audition tones. Each tone
sounds as you scroll the options. (There are nine
bell tones and four melodies.)
6.When the desired option displays, press to
save the setting.
Key Beep
The Keys on your phone beep when they are pressed.
To set key beep volume:
l. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Key Volume.
4. Press the scroll keys to change the volume setting
or to silence beeps.
5.When the desired option displays, press to
save the setting.

Sounds Options
Your phone receives incoming calls and provides call
notification only when it is on. Notification type
depends on the user setting done in the “Sounds
Menu”.
Ring Volume
You can set ring volume in Standby mode from the
Main Menu or by pressing the Volume buttons on the
side of the phone. During an incoming call, press
or to mute the ringer.
To adjust ring volume in Standby mode:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Ring.
4. Press for Ring Vol.
5.
Press the scroll keys to change the volume setting
and listen to the ring.
6.When the desired volume level displays,
press to save the setting.
Note: You can also adjust ringer volume from standby
mode simply by pressing the volume keys. This caus-
es the ringer to sound. Press the volume key to
turn up, and the volume key to turn down.
Simply stop pushing when you reach your desired
ringer volume.
Ring Type
You can choose from four types of rings to signal an
incoming call: a bell, a lamp, a vibrator, or a bell+vibrator.
To set ring type:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Ring.
4. Press for Ring Type.
5. Press the scroll keys to audition ring types.
