SyncML set up (Step by step guide)
Go to
Menu
and Select
remote sync
You should now see the headings
remote sync
and
edit
Click on
edit
a drop down menu will appear ;
select preferences; you should now see three fields for
server address, user name
and
password
Please fill all three fields. The URL field must be exactly as shown in the example below.
Server address: www.
savemycontacts.com/sync.jsp
username: your registered telephone number in international format i.e. 447766xxxxxxxx
Password: Your 4 digit PIN used upon registration
Click on the
done
button; you will now be returned to the to screen with
remote sync
and
edit
headings
Select
contacts
directly under
sync task
heading.
a drop down menu will appear with three fields
enable, task name
and
server database

You will need to do the following
Tick the enable box and enter contacts in the other two fields (please note that contacts should be in lower case as this
is a case sensitive field
Click on done,and you are now ready to synch. To synch, click on remote synch and than select start sync
