3 VERY EASY. ON ALL GSM PHONES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO SEE THAT "PICTURE ID" OPTION THE CONTACT MUST BE SAVED TO THE HANDSET AND NOT THE SIM CARD. JUST GO TO THE CONTACT YOU WISH TO SET THE PICTURE ID AND THEN GO TO "EDIT" THEN SCROLL UP TO "SMARTCHIP" AND CHANGE IT TO "HANDSET". THEN JUST SCROLL DOWN AND YOU WILL SEE ALL OTHER OPTIONS LIKE "ASSIGN SPECIFIC RINGTONE", "E-MAIL ADDRESS", "PICTURE ID", ETC.
