TEMPERATURE CONTROL
–
The thermostat, which senses the
wall temperature, is located at the low
rear right corner of the cabinet
the access panel. It has been pre-set
the factory to maintain
temperatures between +10° and +4°.

normal temperatures are required,
the control by turning the knob clockw
for colder and counter-clockwise fo
warmer temperatures.
DISPLAY LIGHTING

light fixtures installed in the canopy.

ANTI-SWEAT HEATERS
–
A resistance heater is installed in

Should the heater fail it may be replaced
by:

DEFROSTING –
It must be recognized that
