❑ Ensurethattheboltsandfastenersonthecasterassembliesaretight.
❑ Inspecttiresforflatspotsandwear.
❑ Cleanmoldedbodyshrouds.
❑ Checkthatalllabelsarepresentandlegible.
Inspect/Adjust Weekly
❑ Ensurethattilleradjustmentmechanismengagesanddisengagesproperlyand
securely.
❑ Ensurethatthescooterstopscompletelywhenthrottleisreleased(i.e.,doesnot
continuetorollasifthethrottleisactivated).
❑ Inspecttiresforflatspotsandwear.

❑ Checkbrakeforbindingorinterferencewithtravel.
❑ Inspectfrontwheel/forkassemblyforpropertensionbyspinningthewheel.Thefront
wheelshouldcometoagradualstop.

bindstoastop.
❑ Inspectseatswivelforreleaseandengagement(seatlocksintothedeterminedswivel
positions).
❑ Ensurethattheboltsandfastenersonthecasterassembliesaretight.
