assembliestopreventthewheelfromspinning.
1. Removethemountingscrew,twowashers,andlocknutthatsecuresthecastertothe
fork.
2. Removethecasteranddiscard.
3. Securenewcastertoforkwithexistingmountingscrew,tw owashersandlocknut
(FIGURE 10.3).Securelytighten.
