SIP-B Automatic Call Distribution
Automatic call distribution (ACD) systems enable incoming phone calls to direct to a person who is able
to talk at the earliest opportunity.
Troubleshooting: I Can’t Access Automatic Call Distribution
ACD is not available on all call servers. For more information, contact your system administrator.
The phone allows:
• ACD login and logout
• ACD agent available and unavailable
When ACD is enabled on your phone, the line icon displays. This is the default setting. No calls will be
directed to your phone.
After you log in, the line icon changes to . You are now considered available and calls will be directed
to your phone.
