this manual may be hazardous. Read the safety and caution information before operating the Network Media Receiver, complying
with all safety precautions and warnings.
❑ To avoid electrical shock, do not open the cabinet. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
❑ The power socket outlet you are using must be installed near the equipment and must be easily accessible.
❑ Audio and picture distortion may occur if this equipment is positioned in close proximity to any equipment emitting
electromagnetic radiation.
Stop operating the unit immediately, under these circumstances:
❑ The unit emits smoke or fumes.
❑ The unit makes loud or unusual noise.
❑ Water or any foreign object has fallen into the unit.
❑ The unit has been dropped or otherwise damaged.
To reduce any potential hazard, proceed as follows:
❑ Unplug the AC adapter from the AC wall outlet or power supply strip.
❑ Unplug the AC adapter and cables from the unit.
❑ Contact the VAIO-Link Customer Service Centre for repair information.
