0 Settings for a credit card call (<passwd>, <indexn>,
<asn>,<type>,<name>,<vercode> [,<send order>]).
The four (4) parameters (<passwd>, <indexn>, <asn>,
<vercode>) are mandatory when <mode>=0. If all those
are not submitted ERROR will be returned

Disable credit card calling (<passwd>). If any other
parameters are submitted, they are ignored
2 Enable one of the credit card call services (<passwd>,
<indexn>). If any other parameters are submitted, they
are ignored

Query (<passwd>, <indexn>). If any other parameters
are submitted, they are ignored
4 Query for the selected credit call access server. If any
parameters are submitted, they are ignored
