Even if there is no playlist, you can still set the playback
area to
PLAYLIST
. Doing so, however, will cause the
No
PLAYLIST
pop-up to appear every time you press the
 or ¯ button because you cannot change to
another file.
NOTE
The current playback area setting (
ALL
,
FOLDER
or
P.LIST
) is
shown at the bottom left of the Home Screen.

Regardless of the current playback area, if you select a folder
on the
BROWSE
Screen, the playback area changes to the
selected folder.
1. On the Home Screen, press the §/BROWSE button to
open the BROWSE screen.
2. Use the §/BROWSE and ¶/MIC buttons to select the
desired folder (light on dark).

3. Press the Á button to open the pop-up menu shown
below.
