Mike’s Talk Around TM
using direct launch
To set your phone to launch Mike’s Talk
Around when you select
Talk Around
from the
main menu:

From the Setup screen, scroll to
Direct
Launch
and press
r
.

Select
On
.
Note:
If
Direct Launch
is set to
On
, the Mike’s Talk
Around setup options will be unavailable from
the main menu. However, you can still access
setup options while in Mike’s Talk Around by
pressing
/
and selecting >
TA Options
>
Setup
.
To turn off Direct Launch:

From the Setup screen, scroll to
Direct
Launch
and press
r
.

Select
Off
.
TA Options
will now display when you select
Talk Around
from the main menu.
using state tone
To set your phone to alert you after you have
used Mike’s Talk Around for a specified
interval:

From the Setup screen, scroll to
State Tone
and press
r
.
2
Select the interval after which you want
the tone to sound.
For example, if you select 1 hour, you will be
notified every hour that you are in Mike’s Talk
Around.
To turn off State Tone:

From the Setup screen, scroll to
State Tone
and press
r
.

Select
Off
