Pull the Oven Temperature Control
Knob straight off.
2. Loosen the locking screw inside
the control knob.
Note the posi-
tion ot the notches.
3. To lower the temperature,
move
a notch closer to LO. Each notch
equals aboutlO”F (5°C)
4. To raise the temperature,
move a
notch closerto HI. Each notch
equals aboutlOT (5°C).
Tighten the locking screw and
replace the control knob.
Broiling
1.
Posrtion the rack before turning
the oven on. See brorl chart In the
“Cooking Guide” or a reliable
cookbook for recommended
rack positions.
2. Put the broiler pan and food on
the rack
