Adjusting the level of echo effect
You can adjust the level of echo effect applied to the sound
input from the microphone(s).
Control range: OFF (off), MIN (minimum), MID (middle),
MAX (maximum)
On the front panel:
Press the ECHO button once or more to increase the
level.
Press the ECHO button once or more to decrease the
level.
On the remote control transmitter:
1 Press the ECHO/KEY selector button once or more so
that “ECHO” appears on the display.
2 Press the LEVEL + button to increase the level.
Press the LEVEL – button to decrease the level.
Note
This adjustment can be made only when a Karaoke mode
(L R, L, R or VOCAL CUT) is selected.
Adjusting key level of the source
currently played back
The key level adjustment can be made only when the Video
CD player is selected as the source.
Control range: –6 to 6
On the front panel:
Press the button once or more to decrease the level.
Press the button once or more to increase the level.
On the remote control transmitter:
1 Press the ECHO/KEY selector button once or more so
that “KEY” appears on the display.
2 Press the LEVEL + button to increase the level.
Press the LEVEL – button to decrease the level.
Notes
•
This adjustment can be made only when the L R, L or R
mode is selected.
•
You can change the key level even while playing back a
still picture (on a Video CD) though it is not effective until
the playback of still picture end.
To reset the key level to ע0

Turn this unit into the standby mode.
•
Change to another input source by using the INPUT
SELECTOR buttons.
•
Turn the built-in equalizer to “flat”. (See page 35 for
details.)
•
Change the currently selected karaoke mode to another.
