You can synchronise your phone with
your computer or Exchange account
to keep your inbox and calendar up to
date in both locations (pages 90–91).
Using the Calendar
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Use any of the following options:
Touch or to change the
day or the month.
Touch to add an
appointment.
Touch to view the current
day. The number in the circle is
the current day of the month.

Touch to view your
upcoming appointments.
Touch to view the daily
calendar.
Touch to view the monthly
calendar. The current day is
circled in red.
Creating an Appointment
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Touch .
3. Touch Subject.
4. Enter a subject and touch Done.
5. Touch Location.
6. Select an option to enter a location:
Enter the full address or location
name and touch Done.
Touch Add Location, nd a
location and touch Select this
Location > Done.
