The phone will ask for enter a new 4~8 digits code to replace the old PIN code.

3.4.3.5 Call restriction
With the Call restriction, you will be asked to enter password before accessing
the particular restricted option (The default is 000000).
This function includes the following options:
If it is set to 'Yes', all outgoing calls except emergency calls will be prohibited.
If it is set to 'Yes', all incoming calls will be restricted to answer.
If it is set to 'Yes', before accessing the Names menu, you will be asked for
entering password.
Default password is 000000, but user can change it by using this feature.
The function allows you to set related to calls.
