Text Input
You can input and edit text for
your Banner, Calendar, Contacts,
Alarm Clock, Notepad, and
Messages. When entering text,
several functions are available.
Key Functions
Left Soft Key:
Press to select a Text
Input mode:

T9Word/ T9word)
- Abc (ABC/Abc/abc)

-Symbols
Shift: Press to change text
entry capitalization
modes:

T9Word:
T9Word ->
T9WORD -> T9word

Abc:
Abc -> ABC -> abc
Next: In T9 mode, press
to select the next
matching word.
Space: Press to complete
a word if the entry mode
is set to T9 mode or to
insert a space.
Clear: Press to delete a
single space or
character. Hold to delete
the whole message.
Punctuation: While
entering text, press to
insert punctuation.
