1. Get started
■ Install the SIM card and battery
For availability and information on using SIM card services, contact your SIM card vendor.
This may be the service provider or other vendor.
Note: Always switch off the power and disconnect the charger and any other device
before removing the cover. Avoid touching electronic components while changing
the cover. Always store and use the device with the cover attached.
1. Push the side release buttons (one on each side of the cover) (1) to release the back cover
(2), and lift it from the phone.
2. Insert the SIM card (3). Ensure that the gold-colored contact area faces down and the
beveled corner of the SIM card slides in first.
3. Insert the battery into the battery slot (4). Ensure that the contacts on the top of the
battery are facing the connectors in the phone.
4. To replace the back cover, position the bottom first, then press the top of the cover down
(5) until it clicks into place.
