2. Press Details and then Options. Select Assign tone and then choose the ringing
tone you want to assign to the entry. Note that Default means you will use the
same general ringing tone used in the active profile.
Messages (Menu 2)
You can read, write and send text and picture messages or save
your messages. All the messages in your phones message
memory are organised in folders.
Before you can send any text or picture messages, you need to save your message
centre number, see Text message settings on page 66.
You can also receive multimedia messages with text, ringing tones and graphics.
Multimedia messages will be dealt with in Receiving multimedia messages,
starting on page 67.
Writing and sending text messages
Your phone is able to send and receive multi-part messages comprised of several
ordinary text messages (network service). Invoicing is based on how many
ordinary messages are needed for a multi-part message.
The number of available characters and the current part number of a multi-part
message are shown at the top right of the display.
