Ensure that you have access to the Internet from your mobile device. This section describes managing
email, calendar and contacts data on a Nokia 6620.
NOTE: If you wish to access your corporate email account and your corporate Microsoft Outlook® or Lotus®
Notes data, you will need to download and configure the MyMail Desktop Assistant. For Notes users, contact
synchronization is supported through the user’s Desktop Assistant, but not a delegated Desktop Assistant. For
further information on the MyMail Desktop Assistant, see the online help accessible through the MyMail PC web
site.

Once MyMail is activated on your device, you can view and send email. By default, messages are sorted
by date, with the most recent message listed first.
NOTE: Messages from your Outlook/Notes inboxes are sent to the device. Mail from subfolders and filters you
may have created will not be sent to the device.
1. Select Messaging from the menu.
2. Select MyMail Email from the messaging screen.

3. Your MyMail inbox will display (Figure 8).
4. To view a message, select a message from the inbox.
