• Message settings
You can specify some of the ways your phone handles text messages.
Depending on your SIM card, you can have up to five “sets” of settings—for
example, one for e-mail messages, one for pages, one for faxes, and so on.
Change settings for some messages

Message center number
: Get this number from your wireless service
provider. Enter the message center phone number and press
OK

(In order to receive a converted message, the recipient needs to have

Message validity
: The amount of time that messages should be stored
at the message center while the network attempts to deliver them.
