WARRANTY TERMS
1. Thiswarranty is inaddition toand does notin any wayaffect any statutoryor other
rightsof consumerpurchasers. This warrantyapplies to theUnited Kingdom, Isleof
Man& ChannelIslands only, forusers in Eire,please contact yourretailer or supplier.
Thewarranty periodi s 12 monthsfrom date ofpurchase and isapplicable to the
originalpurchaser only.
2. Theproduct isapproved for useon GSM mobiletelephone system andshould only be
usedfor normalpurposes and inaccordance with thestandard operating instructions.
3. Thewarranty coversbreakdowns due tomanufacturing or designfaults; it doesnot
applyto damage, howevercaused, wearand tear, neglect,incorrect adjustment or
repair,or toany items ofa limited naturallife.
4. Inthe eventof failure, pleasetake the followingaction:

notethat delays intransit maybe encountered forChannel Islands, NorthernIreland,
Isleof Man,Scottish Islands andother islands.
7. Yoursole andexclusive remedy underthis guarantee againstus is forthe repair, orat
ouroption the replacement,of theproduct, or anydefective part orparts. No other
remedy,including, butnot limited to,incidental or consequentialdamage or lossof
whatsoevernature shallbe available tothe purchaser.
8. Rechargeablebatteries havea limited naturallife, in orderto prolong theirlife they
shouldonly beused and chargedas shown inthe instruction book.Replacement
batteriesmay bepurchased either fromyour retailer orthe Helpline numbershown
