124 Section 2G: Using Contacts
Contact Entry Options
To edit a Contact entry’s information:
1. Select Contacts ().
2. Highlight the desired contact entry.
3. Select Options ().
4. Select Edit ( ). The following options are available:
ⅷ [Mobile, Home, Work, Pager, Fax, Others] allows you to
add a phone number to the entry label. (See “Adding a
Phone Number to a Contact Entry” on page 125.)
ⅷ [E-mail] allows you to add an e-mail address to the entry.
ⅷ [URL] allows you to add a web address to the entry.
ⅷ [Unassigned, Family, Friends, Colleague, VIPs] allows you
to select a group type for the entry by pressing the
navigation key left or right.
ⅷ [Default Ringer] to assign a preprogrammed ringer.
ⅷ [Birthday] allows you to enter a birth date in the entry.
ⅷ [Secret] allows you to hide all contact information when
being viewed in the contact list. A lock code is required
to view or edit the contact entry information.
ⅷ [Image] (No Image, People, Animal, Other, Downloads,
My Pictures) allows you to assign a preset image to the
contact entry. To access the image options, press for
Edit.
