Imaging
To transfer pictures to a computer
1 Windows: Make sure you have
installed the USB drivers,
% 51 To install the USB drivers.
2 With the computer and phone
connected and turned on:
Windows: Open Windows
Explorer and browse to
Removable Disk (drive:)\DCIM
(if you have saved the camera
pictures on the Memory Stick Duo).
Mac OS X
: Open the disk on the
desktop and browse to
DCIM
(if you
have saved the camera pictures on
the Memory Stick Duo).
3 Either move or copy the camera
picture files, or drag-and-drop
them, to the desired folder on your
computer.
Windows: To further enhance and
organize the camera pictures in your
computer, install Adobe
®
Photoshop
®
Album Starter Edition, included on the
CD that comes with phone.
Pictures
Your phone comes with a number
of pictures and animations. You can
delete these pictures if you want to
free memory. All pictures are saved in
File manager } Pictures. You can:
Use a picture as wallpaper and as
a screen saver.
Assign a picture to a contact.
% 23 To add a picture or a ringtone
to a phone contact.
Exchange pictures using one of the
available transfer methods.
Handling pictures
You can add, edit or delete pictures
in the File manager. The number of
pictures that you can save depends on
the size of the pictures. File types
supported are GIF, JPEG, WBMP and
BMP.

To view your pictures
1 } File manager } Pictures.
