Troubleshooting
Some problems require you to call your service provider,
but you can correct most problems yourself. Before taking
your phone in for repair, copy your saved content and
information to another device, as it may be lost during
repair. For more support go to

Some menu options appear in grey
A service is not activated or your subscription does not
support the function. Contact your network operator.
The phone is working slowly
Delete unwanted content and then restart the phone.
No indication of charging
The battery is empty or has not been used for a long time.
It may take up to 30 minutes before the battery icon
appears on the screen.
