•Itemssuchasfoamrubber(latexfoam),
shower caps, waterproof textiles, rubber-
backed articles and clothes or pillows fitted
with foam rubber pads should not be dried
in the tumble dryer.
•Donotusefabricsoftenersorproductsto
eliminate static unless recommended by
the manufacturer of the fabric softener or
product.
•Theappliancemayonlybeusedfor
the drying of textiles that are marked
accordingly.
•Undergarmentsthatcontainmetal
reinforcements should not be placed in a
tumble dryer. Damage to the tumble dryer
can result if the metal reinforcement come
loose during drying.
•Beforeloadingcheckallgarmentsfor
lighters, coins, metal pieces, needles, etc.
•Fabricsofteners,orsimilarproducts,should
be used as specified by the fabric softener’s
instructions. The use of fabric softener
sheets is not recommended.
•Thefinalpartofatumbledryercycleoccurs
withoutheat(thecool-downcycle)toensure
that the items are left at a temperature that
ensures the items will not be damaged.
A WARNING: Never stop the tumble
dryer before the end of the drying cycle
unless all items are quickly removed and
spread out dissipate heat.
•Donotreachintotheapplianceifthedrum
is moving.
•Donotallowchildrentoplayonorinthe
appliance.
•Youngchildrenshouldbesupervised
to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
•Keeppetsawayfromtheapplianceduring
the drying cycle.
•Beforetheapplianceisremovedfrom
service or discarded, remove the door to
the drying compartment.
•Closetheloadingdoorwhenyouleavethe
area where the machine is located.
•Thisapplianceisnotintendedforuseby
persons(includingchildren)withreduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they are supervised or have been given
instructions concerning the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
•Cleanlintfilterbeforeoraftereachload.
•Keepareaaroundtheexhaustventand
adjacent surrounding areas free from the
accumulation of lint, dust, and dirt.
•Theinterioroftheapplianceandexhaust
ductwork should be cleaned periodically by
qualified service personnel.
•Neverusethedryerwithoutthelintfilter.
•Attimeswhenyourdryerisnotinuseor
after the laundry is taken out following the
completion of drying process, turn off by
using the On/Off button. In cases when
theOn/Offbuttonison(whilethedryer
isenergized),keepthedoorofthedryer
closed.
•Forpowersavinginmodelswithlamps,at
times when your dryer is not in use, keep
the door closed if the On/Off button is
pressed(ifthedryerisenergized).
