Change the PTT settings
PTT status
The following icons indicate your PTT status as well as the PTT status of your
contacts and groups.
Icon Description
Available You can send and receive PTT calls instantly.
Silent/Vibrate You will be alerted of the incoming PTT call
and you can choose to accept or reject the call.
Do Not Disturb Blocks all incoming PTT calls. You can,
however, still make an outgoing PTT call.
Unavailable Appears when you are out of the PTT
coverage area, or when you logged out of the PTT service.
PTT Message Appears when you have a pending
invitation, contact alert, or message in the PTT service.
Invitation in Progress Appears when you are waiting for a
contact to accept your invitation.
To change your PTT status
1. On the PTT Contacts screen, tap Menu > My Availability >
Do Not Disturb. The status icon ( ), indicating that you will not be
disturbed by the others.
2. Tapping Menu > My Availability > Available makes you available to receive
incoming PTT calls.
