Set the engine speed
Press in and turn the ignition key to the start position.
When the engine starts, immediately release the
ignition key back to the run position.
Set the desired engine speed with the throttle. Allow
the engine to run at a moderate speed, “half throttle”,
for 3-5 minutes before loading it too heavily.
USE FULL THROTTLE WHEN MOWING.
