1. From Today screen, tap Start.
2. Tap Programs.
3. Tap Pictures and Videos.
4. Select the picture or video you want to send.
5. Select Send.
6. Select the email account you wish to use (if you have set up an email account)
or MMS.
a. If you chose an email account, enter the
email address and a subject and tap Send.
b. If you chose MMS, you can select a contact
from your contact list by tapping To or you
can enter a mobile number and a subject
and tap Send.
