Please note that messages sent
using an Exchange account are
not located on the phone; they
are located on the Exchange
server itself.
If you want to see your sent
messages in the
Sent
folder (or
with the
Sent
label), you often
need to open the
Sent
folder/
label and select
Refresh
from
the Options menu.
TIP!
When a new email
arrives in the Inbox, you
receive notification by
sound or vibration. Tap the
email notification to stop
notification.
Working with account
folders
Each account has Inbox,
Outbox, Sent and Drafts folders.
Depending on the features
supported by your account’s
service provider, you may have
additional folders.
Adding and editing email
accounts
To add an email account:
Touch the 1
Applications
tab,
then select
Email
.
Press
2 Menu key > Select
Add account.
Enter the information for 3
adding the account. (Refer to
Setting Up Your Email.)
Enter a name to set how you

want your name to appear
in outgoing mail, then touch
Done
.
