If outgoing calls are restricted, you
can only dial phone numbers saved
in the Emergency Numbers To
change your Emergency Numbers,
do the following:
Menu -> Settings ->
Security -> Lock Code ->
Restrictions -> Calls ->
Outgoing -> Emergency
Numbers.
Choose a number and
edit it.
