Find your phone label
If you need to call Nokia Care or your service provider, you need specific information listed on your
phone label.
The phone label is under the SIM holder.
To open the SIM holder, push the SIM door key into the hole until the holder is released, and pull the
holder out.
To see the phone label tray, put the door key into the hole on the side of the tray, and pull the tray
out.
The label contains the model number, as well as other important information about your phone.
