The charger and the phone are
not properly connected.
Securely connect the charger to

The charger is not properly
plugged in.
Make sure that the charger is
plugged in correctly.
My phone isn’t making/
answering calls.
The battery is not charged. Charge the battery.
The signal strength is poor. If you are indoors, move toward
a window.
I can’t listen to my voice
messages.
You don’t have voice mail
service.
Call your wireless service

You have not set up your voice
mailbox with your service
provider.
