Add to Contacts—Save the contact information to the contact list.
Message Info—Display sender information and timestamp.
The following Options are displayed for specific message types:
Play Again—Replay the attached sound (PIX message with sound only).
Resend—Resend a TXT Msg, PIX Msg, or FLIX Msg (FLIX message with FLIX
file attached only).
Erase—Delete the message (messages with sound or FLIX files attached only).
Draft messages
The Drafts folder is used to store drafts of TXT, PIX and FLIX messages. The number
of messages stored in the Drafts folder is shown in parentheses on the Messaging
screen. To open the Drafts folder, in the standby mode press the left soft key or
select Menu > Messaging, then select Drafts. The list of draft messages is displayed.
The newest messages are displayed first. Scroll up and down to highlight a message.
Select from the following on the Drafts screen:
Erase—Select Yes > OK to delete the draft message.
EDIT—Update the draft message. See "New messages," p. 25.
Options—Customize the draft message. Select from the following:
Send—Deliver the draft message to the recipient(s).
Lock or Unlock—Turn protection on or off for Erase or Erase All commands for
this message.
Add to Contacts—Save the contact information to the contact list.
Voice mail messages
Voice mail is a network service that allows you to listen to voice messages recorded
in the voice mailbox. When you have a new voice message, your phone will alert you
and you will be prompted to Listen now or Listen later. If you select Listen later,
the new voice mail icon ( ) is displayed on the standby screen.
Listen to voice mail messages
When you have a new voice message alert, select Listen now > OK to access your
voice mailbox. You can also reach the voice mail screen to play back existing
voice messages from the standby mode by pressing the left soft key or selecting
Menu > Messaging, then selecting Voicemail. To access voice mail from the
standby mode using speed dial, press and hold 1.
