Your "Account name" and "Password" are delivered to you by your Internet
Service Provider (ISP).

Check the "Save password" box for subsequent users,
Check the "show PPPoE status in menu bar" box (advisable).

for your entries to take effect.
When connecting for the first time, you must follow the procedure above. For
subsequent connections, simply set up the Internet connection by following steps 9
and 10 below.
